If anything truly defines our mission, it is the value we attach to providing expert plastic surgery in a caring and compassionate manner. Building upon over 30 years of surgical experience, Dr. Lawrence Glassman brings knowledge and expertise from the top hospitals and institutions in our country including Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, and Montefiore Medical Center.

Dr. Glassman's philosophy of plastic surgery is the emphasis on a natural appearance. Whether he is enhancing a patient's cosmetic appearance or reconstructing a patient who has suffered a loss from cancer or trauma, his goal is a natural result.

As a female plastic surgeon, Dr. Sudarsky works closely with her patients to address their individual needs and questions. She believes in the team approach to patient care, which gives her patients access to support and care during all phases of their treatment. She approaches each patient with expertise, sensitivity and kindness. Dr. Sudarsky is committed to providing quality plastic surgery to all patients and specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the breast. She believes in providing current, cutting edge procedures for both reconstructive and cosmetic patients. As a female plastic surgeon, her mission is to provide state of the art plastic surgery with a woman's touch
